We’ve recently moved into a home in Tallebudgera Valley and need help getting multiple systems working correctly and consistently. The house currently has: • Approx. 8 ceiling fans (Lucci) with multiple remotes • Motorised curtains (Somfy) • Smart wall switches • Multiple remotes that are not clearly matched to devices Current issues: • Fans are not responding reliably to remotes • Curtains have stopped working after battery change • Remotes appear unpaired or mismatched • Systems are not unified or clearly set up What we need: • Someone experienced with RF remotes, ceiling fans, and motorised blinds/curtains • Re-pair and configure all fans and curtains properly • Identify which remotes belong to which devices (or consolidate where possible) • Ensure everything is working simply and reliably • Ideally provide guidance on ongoing use (or simplify setup) Important: This is not a basic handyman job — looking for someone with experience in electrical / smart home / automation systems. Buy the door mechanism from bunnings. Install hardware to bathroom door. Repair damaged door. It has to be done on the 24th March before new guests check in.

Replace two ceiling fans with similar model and replace the switch on the wall (if needed) I have two replacements.
