Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

General Maintenance Tasks: Hedge Trimming, BBQ Clean, Weed Removal & Wall Patch Description: I’m looking for a capable Airtasker to tackle some general maintenance jobs. 1. Trim large hedges (ladder and handheld trimmer supplied). 2. Deep clean an outdoor BBQ. 3. Remove weeds around the house perimeter and backyard walkway. 4. Patch a plaster wall where a curtain rod pulled out (may need a noggin for reinstallation, gib patch and touch up paint available). If you have experience with these tasks, I’d be keen to hear from you.

I have a bunch of odd jobs (and the list keeps growing), we are a very busy family of four and this list keeps growing. The list includes: - refitting three or four door handle striker plates - patching/repainting a 50 cent sized hole in the wall - sourcing and replacing a bunch of different light-bulbs - pulling out the fridge and cleaning the filter/behind the fridge. As I said, they are all small jobs but I keep putting them off and now it has become an afternoon's worth of work, an afternoon I just don't have. Please come and reset the list!

We need someone to help with some painting, general cleaning and some odd jobs. We have all the tools needed to do the jobs, you don't need to bring anything. Ideally we want someone from around 9 AM to 3 PM but we are flexible.

Put up two hosepipe holders on outside wall, back and front, add 4 hooks and shelf in garage, add trellis to 4 panels on back wooden fence . I have the trellis cord and all nuts. bolts and screws required but no tools.
