Find an experienced handyman in Inner West Sydney

We live in a terrace. Our balcony has a low wall along the divide between our house and next door. This wall is coming away from the wall of the house leaving a gap up to ~1.5cm wide and when it rains heavily water gets in and leaks into our laundry. Previous owners look like they've used sikaflex or similar to try to plug it but it's coming off. The wall needs to be reconnected to the house securely enough that it plugs the leak and won't be a danger if someone leans on it. In the photos, our house is on the darker painted side without the visible gap.

I’m looking to get some retractable fly screens fitted inside 2 sliding doors (one lounge & one bedroom) as strata won't allow fly screens on the outside of the doors. Hang a mirror and 3 pictures to the wall

We noticed that the cornice is coming away from the ceiling, so need this repaired ASAP before it gets worse. Initially it was only on one wall's cornice but it's starting to affect the adjoining wall's cornice. Bathroom is not large (less than 3m x 3m). Must be done on Thursday 11th April. Potentially can be done after 1pm Friday 12th April also. Please only experienced people to apply. Feel free to give egs of similar work you have done. Hang a heavy mirror on the living room wall

Remove old silicone, clean/wash and apply new high quality anti mold silicone on kitchen benches about 4-5m.

We have a number of gyprock sheets left over from a recent small home reno project. We need someone to take these away for reuse or disposal. The largest sheet is intact at 2700 x 1200, other sheets are off cuts & vary in size. Please refer to the photos.
