We are property managers, looking for a long-term handyman to work with us. We require general property maintenance, including but not limited to: -bathroom towel rail and paper handle replacement, toilet seat replacement, silicone re-seal (basin, shower, bathtub), etc. -replace light fittings or globes, door handle repair, patch and paint small wall damages, adjust door hinges, replace flyscreen mesh, cabinet or drawers fix, etc. Could you please advise on your pricing, hourly or per job? I’m looking for a licensed roofer to inspect and provide a quote for some general roof maintenance at my property in Bridgeman Downs. I recently had a roof inspection completed as part of an insurance claim, and the report identified general maintenance items on the main front roof, specifically: Loose cladding at roof-to-wall junctions Cracking to sealant / render due to general wear and tear The report confirms the roof is currently watertight and compliant, and there are no internal leaks. I’m now looking to have these maintenance items rectified so insured repairs can proceed. I’m after: An onsite inspection A written quote detailing the scope of works Estimated timeframe to complete the repairs The roof is Colorbond, single storey, and approximately 8 years old. I have a ten year old mens bike, it needs some maintenance on the gear shifting mechanisms & brakes so that they work well again...it hasn't been used for about 8 years and I can't seem to get the adjustments right. Its a Fluid brand bike, 28" wheels as per picture. Everything else on the bike works OK (tyres etc.). The shifting mechanisms are Shimano 'V brake' branded. Not all 21 gears are selectable at the moment. The brakes seems to rub on the rims too, and the adjustments don't seem to fix it.

The task is to cut down and remove two large palm trees, a midsize Tiger Grass bush, and two small bushes. Removal includes stump grinding or trunk removal. I am looking for a handyman to do some minor maintenance jobs at a VACANT apartment in Nundah 1-- Silicon around the base of the living, dining & study area where the hybrid flooring meets the walls, using clear silicon 2--- Replace 45 cabinet hinges in the kitchen including the pantry doors, and 2 bathrooms 3--- Place a handle to a cupboard front above the fridge recess to match existing 4--- Re-glue a strip of laminate to the base of the main bathroom cupboard unit under the vanity 5--- Free up an sliding aluminum framed shutter panel to the balcony (approx. 2500mm wide) - very hard to move at the moment Images available

1. Front stair railings appear to be rotting and there is a loose paling. 2. Back stair railing (The side against house is loose at the bottom) and it wobbles.

Fix the top of the patio! Wondering if someone can put polycarbonate sheet on it. Happy to buy from the Bunnings. Some timber pieces needs to be fixed due to uneven at the pool/patio area. Inside the home : 2 doors needs to be fixed (minor) joint area (no pics posted)
