Unit beads cleaning fan has stopped

I have a clear (glass) pool fence with 2 gates. The self closing gates are no longer working properly, and need maintenance or hinges replaced

3 bedroom house , 2 storeys with garage on lower ground level . No German roaches. General spray for garden roaches and spiders.

We have an AEG washing machine and dryer. We bought them second hand and they’ve never really worked amazingly. The dryer doesn’t fully dry your clothes and our washing machine stopped working yesterday with an “E10” error. Hoping to see if they can be fixed as I know AEG are usually a good brand.

Fridge has stopped cooling and is warm, freezer is working fine Have pulled it out from the wall and left it like that for 24 hours and made no difference

last night the power went out and my sister was trying to reset the time on our LG aircon but I think she accidentally went into installer mode and changed some codes. There are no errors showing, but we’d like someone to check it’s all okay and also help with the filter cleaning servicing (we can’t find it inside). We’re in an apartment

1. Recaulking main expansion joints around perimeter tiles on a patio and path 30m x 10mm x 10mm materials - remove old - prepare and apply new to match 2. Need a good handy man or joinery installer to do some maintenance work on a kitchen : - fix led light strips , they are in position but not properly installed and come loose - fix small paint chips and imperfections on several panels - cut a hole for duct inside the rangehood cabinet - fix a silicon beat in vanity - change hinges in vanity to flatter ones so that washing machine will fit

Gas stove in a newly rented place has issues. One burner not lighting and another one not turning off. It should be ok to make it work with gas lighter Fixing the automatic is not a must.

Looking for a mechanic to change the oil and service my 1989 porsche. Fit new carpet, paint rust proofing, general maintenance on the car. Ill work on the car with you.
