1. There is wooden water damage on the base of the door. Needs to be fixed. Photos attached 2. Put a mesh on the upper rectangular small opening on the window. The bottom part is covered by glass. The upper position is open for exhaust. Need to cover it with a mesh. Around 20cm * 10cm
