Hi Johnny, it's Sally's partner. Unfortunately the door is not able to close and springs back before even close to latching. It looks as though the hinge is not sitting deep enough. I understand it's a hassle but could you please come back to have a look. As we cannot afford to pay someone else again and need it done before the baby comes. Thanks!

I have 4 blockout roller blinds. All 4 have broken chains (which we can live with) but one has the broken chain wedged in the rotating chain mechanism, leaving the blind stuck half closed.

Rehang existing internal door to swing open opposite way into room

Exterior Rendered Wall and door Repair & Paint Touch-Up Looking for an experienced handyman or painter to repair several small areas of damage on an exterior rendered wall. Double-sided mounting tape was previously attached to the wall and, when removed, it pulled away some of the painted/rendered surface. The damaged areas are relatively small but I would like them repaired professionally so they blend in with the existing finish. We are renting and want to leave the place in a good condition. Scope of works: Remove any remaining adhesive residue Repair damaged render/paint surface Sand and prepare repairs as required Prime repaired areas Colour match and repaint affected sections Blend repairs into the existing textured rendered finish The wall appears to be a rendered exterior surface with a painted finish rather than standard painted plasterboard. I have attached photos of the damage. Remove adhesive from white door and repaint in white exterior paint We also have several tins of exterior paint left at the property which may assist with colour matching, however we are not experienced enough to determine whether they are the exact paint used on this wall. Please provide a quote including labour and any materials required. We are flexible for when the works would occur but would prefer before end of July 2026.

I’m asking to have the hole repaired, the ceiling patched and sanded ready for painting. Painting not included in this task. Hi, I need a DC ceiling fan (Eglo, Seacliff 52") installed in my unit in Dulwich hill. It's and older unit, so it's a concrete ceiling. There is an existing light fitting and a switch on the wall 2 metres away from the light fitting.

Looking for someone who can install frameless shower glass. Will need to drill holes in tiles. Tiles have been installed onto fibre cement board there is roughly a 15mm cavity between cement board and brick wall for plumbing. Will need to silicone to prevent water escaping past the shower glass. Will need to slightly trim bottom of bracket to clearance shower step. The bracket that attaches to glass is full length. Shower screen was purchased from future glass. Will need to check before drilling holes but there should be no plumbing or electrical in the way but better safe than sorry.
