Find an experienced handyman in Ingleburn

Hi, I need an experienced plasterer/Gyprocker or handyman to repair 4 small areas of cosmetic damage on my ceiling. The damage at all 4 sites occurred mechanically while replacing light bulbs (plasterboard blew out/cracked slightly around the fixtures). There are NO water leaks; these are purely mechanical plaster repairs. What needs to be done: Repair all 4 damaged ceiling sites Flush and trowel the patches so they are completely smooth and perfectly level with the rest of the ceiling. Flexible with days and times. Thanks! Sand all 4 spots back ready for paint. Apply a stain-blocking primer/sealer to the patched areas and paint them to blend in seamlessly with the existing ceiling (please bring standard ceiling white paint and sealer, or let me know if I need to supply it).

“Kitchen sink is leaking underneath around the sink/benchtop area. The sink was previously resealed before, however the leak returned again after some time, so I am looking for a more permanent long-term solution rather than just an external silicone touch-up. I suspect the issue may be from the gap between the sink and benchtop or possibly require the sink to be removed, refitted/reinstalled properly, resealed, and leak tested thoroughly. Please inspect and advise the best repair method. Looking for someone experienced who can properly diagnose the issue, complete proper testing after the repair to ensure there are no further leaks, and provide warranty on workmanship if possible.

Rectify the roof around the recessed heater - pictured. It needs to have a VERY tidy finish (we sell these products and this is in a showroom). Ideally touchup paint is done as part of the job as well. Part of the paint is peeling and there is a significant hole as pictured in one location. The ret needs more of a tidy as was sealed into the roof incorrectly and has since been cut (hence the mess!) This is locate din an office so ideal days to rectify are Thurs 8-4, or Mon next week 8-4. Please confirm whether you can paint to complete the work as well - all materials to be supplied by you.
