Scope of work: • Install 3 pendant lights over kitchen island - 3kg each • Install 4 wall lights (2 at each entry – corner block) • Install 2 chandeliers (one at each entry) - 6kg each Property & setup details: • New build home • Ceiling height: 2.7m • Steel frame ceiling • All wiring, switches, and electrical points already installed • Battens already installed at each location (photo attached) • Lights are supplied and currently packed in cartons • Lights are crystal-style pendants/chandeliers • I can assist with installation if an extra set of hands is needed What’s required: • Bring your own ladder • Remove existing battens • Install supplied light fittings safely and neatly • Test lights after installation Access & logistics: • Easy driveway parking • Flexible with dates and times
