This is old building from 1936. The unit has a small bathroom window that’s been stuck for as long as I lived here. It might be painted shut, unclear. I’m looking for a handy person with the appropriate tools to open it, without damaging the frame too much, and hopefully without breaking the glass. Damaging the paint is okay. Not sure what’s a fair standard quote for the task, I’m willing to discuss the price.

Put together an Ikea flat pack pantry and put together a dog door panel for sliding door

The closet door as come off its hinges due to degeneration of the wood where the nails typically insert. I require a solution whereby the closet door can be re-fixed onto the nails on its hinges so that this issue does not recur.

I prefer to have current screen door fixed than buy new one,it is not sliding across properly.

Have a gulled lock but I can’t remove in order to replace a window wiper arm. Needing someone to remove the nut

We need large wardrobe doors taken off the hinges to move into storage. The task involves buying the plastic wrap from the hardware store, taking the doors off the hinges carefully, wrapping them, taking them down the stairs and transporting them to a garage. They are mirror glass. This is a two person job. It shouldn’t take long but need someone experienced with this as we will need to put them back on down the track so want to ensure they don’t break.
