Hi there, I need help adjusting the floor-spring door closer on my retail glass door (photo attached). The gate/door is very heavy and currently closes too quickly and loudly. What needs to be done: • Remove the stainless-steel cover plate (it looks quite stuck) • Access the floor-spring mechanism inside • Adjust the closing speed + latching speed so the door closes smoothly and quietly • Check if any parts need tightening or lubrication • Make sure the door stops slamming

1200x900mm aluminium sign needs to be mounted above a door for my small business. I’m not super comfortable working at this height and don’t have the equipment to do so. I’ve attached pictures to show the height and my sign. My sign needs to be in the place the COLLINGS sign currently is. The COLLINGS sign has already been removed. Installer must be insured and provide invoice as proof of installation.
