My door stop has not worked properly and my doorknob has been flung into the opposite wall, the hole is roughly 6inches long and maybe 2 inches wide. Small fix, just need the hole repaired, painting isn’t an issue.

We are looking for a handyman to attend a residential property in Elsternwick. The front door currently has an issue where the bottom of the door drags along the floor when opening. We suspect the hinges need to be adjusted, repaired, or possibly replaced so that the door can open and close smoothly without scraping. In addition, we require the replacement of old door knobs with new lever handle sets that we will supply. This replacement is needed on four internal doors upstairs. All handles should be installed securely and tested to ensure they are functioning correctly. Experience with door alignment, hinge adjustment, and door hardware installation is preferred. Please bring your own tools. We are flexible with timing but would like the work completed as soon as possible. Please include your availability and relevant experience in your offer.

There are three doorknobs which need to be replaced. All doors are unlocked so you don't need to be a locksmith. Job includes : (1) Acquiring the locks from bunnings (1 x lever lockable with key + 2x knob lockable with key) (2) Replacing the locks The property is located in Runcorn near the Fruitgrove train station. The property has no dogs. Very simple task, expected work time under 2 hours. Would need this done on 9th or 10th, time during the day flexible. The door knob to my bedroom is loose and won't open the door. The brass plate is very tight and I couldn't get it off to access the screws. All of my things are inside (I'm housesitting) so I'm stuck until I can get it fixed. Hopefully someone can help today!
