We suspect the hinges need to be adjusted, repaired, or possibly replaced so that the door can open and close smoothly without scraping. In addition, we require the replacement of old door knobs with new lever handle sets that we will supply. This replacement is needed on four internal doors upstairs. All handles should be installed securely and tested to ensure they are functioning correctly. Experience with door alignment, hinge adjustment, and door hardware installation is preferred.
