I will need someone to pick up cement sheet from Bunnings in Deer Park and then go screw it on a wall. No special skills needed, just to be able to screw onto a wall. The dimension might be about 2400 x 1200. I already installed some and just needed to add one more

Repair small section of rendered fibre-cement cladding (approx 20cm). Needs patch and one coat paint to match existing as close as possible.

Prepare 22m2 upstairs wood deck for tiles ( i have a tile guy already) need a few boards screwed down, lay cement sheeting and waterproof. Must be clean and tidy and supply all materials.

I'm currently building a timber deck and need a fire rated wall built between the deck and our neighbours fence. There is about a 250mm distance between side of deck and fence line. Fixings can be used to connect timber to garage wall but will be needed to be framed behind cement sheet. Photos attached. I have the cement sheet at the location so only requiring installation and pine timber to frame wall. Looking at getting this done sooner than later and need to be a qualified carpenter with experience in using this product.

Just need someone to finish off this sanding that was half done. It’s nearly there just need the final finish to be done. Only 1 big join and a couple on the back. Can supply electric handheld sander. Honestly an hours work probably not even.

I need to remove and replace cememt sheet on my verandah. Its a small area. Cememt sheet supplied, you will need your own tools and a ladder.

Need 2 labourers to help lift some external cement sheet external cladding

I’m looking for a quality carpenter need to build a front gate on the arbour, in similar style to the fence (palings will be butted together, with top plate), and mount a eufy security lock + door handle. May require packing out around the electrical conduit. Gate needs to be braced to prevent sagging. I will do all patching and painting. Also need to line the internal arbour roof with cement sheet, and cement sheet on the external fascia board (notched around the roof joists and extending up to the tin sheets). Decorative timber trims (42x42) around to cover the cut marks. Gate will be approx 1800 x 1400, arbour roof is approx 1400 x 1700, fascia is approx 350 x 1700 All materials will be supplied, just need a take off list beforehand.

Handyman/carpenter required to re-patch a small part of my damaged ceiling - remove wet/damaged part of cement board from ceiling, replace with new FC sheet, set joints and re-patch the area.

Building Dimensions: Approx. 15 m length × 11 m width (Perimeter: 52 m). Estimated Soffit Area: 26 m (depending on soffit width: 0.5 m).

Approx 45sqm of cement sheeting required to be laid over yellow tongue flooring, ideally James Hardy sheets. Screwed and stopped up. After it being completed so we can apply seamless flooring over the top ourselves. Carpet tiles will be removed. Materials also required, please quote for this as cement sheet not being supplied.

Attach/screw cement sheet with cutout for flush plate and sewerage pipe directly onto tiled wall. We don’t cement sheet but will cover this cost.
