I have a ten year old mens bike, it needs some maintenance on the gear shifting mechanisms & brakes so that they work well again...it hasn't been used for about 8 years and I can't seem to get the adjustments right. Its a Fluid brand bike, 28" wheels as per picture. Everything else on the bike works OK (tyres etc.). The shifting mechanisms are Shimano 'V brake' branded. Not all 21 gears are selectable at the moment. The brakes seems to rub on the rims too, and the adjustments don't seem to fix it.

The task is to cut down and remove two large palm trees, a midsize Tiger Grass bush, and two small bushes. Removal includes stump grinding or trunk removal. 1. Front stair railings appear to be rotting and there is a loose paling. 2. Back stair railing (The side against house is loose at the bottom) and it wobbles.
