I want to purchase an electric awning online and have it installed. I would need you to come out and measure what size awning i should purchase. Once it has arrived i would need you to come back and install it.

The blind has come off the rod - or rather it has become unstuck in some areas along the top so it is no longer rolling up or down smoothly and we risk it coming off the rod completely.

Gate: fix and reinforce the bolts and screws in wall for lock to go into (see photo - the cement has worn away around screw) Couch: the material has ripped away from the seam and needs to be stapled back and resecured

Two wall screws need removal, then fix up the rest of the walls, I don’t think a paint job is required. I have a drywall repair kit at home if necessary
