The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

We live in a townhouse and upstairs there are two large timber-framed privacy screens covering almost the full length of our floor-to-ceiling windows in two bedrooms. The top of each screen is open. Birds have occasionally become trapped inside, and possums have used the space in the past. We want the tops sealed to prevent both birds and possums from accessing the boxes. The dimensions are approximately 3.5m x30cm Options could include chicken wire, netting, perspex, or similar materials. Access is very limited: we can only reach the box from inside through a narrow winder window. External access is extremely difficult (high ceilings, second floor). The boxed area has timber on two sides only. The remaining long side is a steel window frame and the remaining short side is a steel column. We are looking for suggestions and installation proposals that work within these constraints.

Exterior walls, some tiles (8-10) need replacing 600x 600mm (I have the tiles) and extensive grouting to existing tiled walls that have not previously been grouted. Would only suit an experienced grouting tradesman and you will need to visit and quote

I have 2 privacy door handles which I need installed on doors in my house (images attached), I will need the current door handles removed and the new ones installed. I also have a TV which is wall mounted, I need it removed from one wall in my house and moved to another room and mounted on a different wall.
