One of my kitchen drawers is stuck because the top of a knife is catching on the underside of the benchtop. I’ve tried wiggling and using a flat tool from above, but it won’t release. I need a handyman who can: • Safely open the drawer (possibly by cutting a small access hole in the base of the drawer or by removing the lower drawer/kickboard to reach the knife). • Free the drawer without damaging the cabinetry. • Patch the base of the drawer afterwards if needed (not critical, as it won’t be visible).

We renovated a few years back and the blind company we used is no longer in business. The remote has broken, it's a SABER brand. The blinds are roller blinds. There are six on the same remote. There used to be a few other settings, like the kitchen blinds together, the living room blinds together and all blinds. One photo shows the remote, the other a couple of the blinds.

Roof tiles needs to be adjusted by installing a timber strip beneath to rest the tiles on it. Broken cement to be fixed at the corners

We had a water leak in our bathroom wall that was discovered and repaired after a bathroom renovation in November 2023. Skirting board along the wall has warped/developed damaged as wall has dried out. This needs to be replaced. Small linen cupboard at end of the wall has plaster damage to bottom shelf and floor has been damaged since we moved in - area also has a musty smell. Suspect also associated with the bathroom leak. Would like to repair this cupboard and also add a floor cover board. Few losses of plaster/paint in the hall area from hanging pictures incorrectly that need to be patched up. Bifold door has lost its roller/hinge and this needs to be repaired also.

All panels except for roof have been assembled. I don't have the right tools to finish the rest ie joining up the panels and attaching the roof ie. I need to drill some holes through the metal and my drill can't do it.

Installing Bunnings shed (exact shed tbd). Hoping to not have to pour concrete slab. See picture.

I have 2 privacy door handles which I need installed on doors in my house (images attached), I will need the current door handles removed and the new ones installed. I also have a TV which is wall mounted, I need it removed from one wall in my house and moved to another room and mounted on a different wall.

This panel at the bottom of the roof has come loose. It seems that the strip holding it in place, and joined with the other panel, is gone. I have attached a photo of what a healthy joint looks like.

One side of our curtain bracket has come off the rail (photos attached). The bracket may need to be re-secured. Looking for someone with the tools and experience to do a clean and safe job. The curtain and rail are still in good condition — just need proper repair.

1. Remove a full-length mirror that has been affixed to the wall (we had this done when the kids were toddlers as a safety precaution, and now we can’t remove it!) 2. Plaster/patch up/sand the wall - in the process of removing the mirror the wall may be damaged, so will need this fixed. 3. Finally, we’d also love you to hang a new mirror - not affixed to the wall this time!

I have a little attic backing onto my daughter’s bedroom and I would like to investigate the possibility of knocking out the wall and putting in a sunken bed. Someone with structural knowledge who can tell me if it’s doable and to then give me a quote!
