Hello there, This heavy sliding door is hung from overhead tracks and does not slide smoothly and makes a loud grating sound when it is opened/closed. It needs to be taken down and the casters replaced and possibly the tracks as well and then rehung to make it easier and quieter in operation.

Replace / solder in new 3-Pin Fan Socket "CN8" (JCB PH 2.0 mm pitch possibly I believe) onto Synology NAS PCB (obsolete), after de-soldering/removing remnants of broken item. Socket/plug was seized and snapped off when attempting disassembly. Needs someone with suitable gear and experienced with board level computer motherboard repairs. Preferably you are close to Balmain, Sydney so that you can pickup or I can drop the PCB off to you and then deliver/collect when task is complete. I am currently attempting to source the socket/plug but you may be able to assist with that also?
