I need underlay and carpet laid in two rooms, totaling 24sqm. I have carpet and can purchase and supply underlay. There are some fragments of old underlay glued to the floor that will need to be removed. There are gripper strips already.

Looking for a suitably qualified handyman who has experience with removing mosaic Parquetry flooring in a small area (87cm X 38.5cm). Then Clean surface and put something new down that doesn't look too out of place).The Charcoal kitchen tiles are 30cm X 60cm. Either to match closely the kitchen tiles or wood floor. Needn't be exact. These appear to be rectangular, matte-finish tiles, perhaps called "porcelain floor tiles" with a concrete or stone-like pattern. We don't want to have to do the whole room if we can just fix this section. Additionally we need to remove one cabinet end panel piece as seen in the photograph as it has some water swelling at the bottom + also one of the horizontal cabinetry kickboards that also is photographed and shows some swelling. Dimensions are as follows: 1 X Cabinet End Panel (approx 860mm X 570mm) 1 X Cabinet Kick Board Panel (approx 820mm X 150mm) Replace these with best colour matched new pieces. Will there be described as either a dark grey or a chocolate colour currently. Our apartment is in Murrumbeena. There is no tenant in there presently. We are moving out and need a carpet cleaning + tick/flea spray treatment with receipt. Carpet was cleaned 6 months ago but needs to be done by a professional as per real estate policy.. It’s a small 3 bedroom house , single storey and easy access. There is carpet in the corridor and 3 bedrooms. To be done week of the 20/10.

Furniture/items will be removed - assistance will be available to move larger pieces such as dining table and buffet out of the way as you work.

Supply all materials and tools for replacement of flooring 2. Remove and dispose existing vinyl 3. Clean and prepare existing concrete floor 4. Lay new quality vinyl sheet, make good and tidy up The area will be empty of furniture. Will need to cut in around kitchen cupboards and the balustrade of the staircase. Hi I live near chadstone shopping Centre. I have a skirting board that I have purchased to be cut to size and installed. Level of difficultly for a builder / carpenter close to zero. It should take 1hr max to cut and install. Could I please have a quote as I stated $10 only because I would a quote. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 6 February 2024
