I need current vinyl flooring ripped up and new flooring laid. The space is small (around 2.7m x 1.6m), but will require you to go and measure floor, acquire vinyl accordingly and then lay.

Sand decking and stain - we have purchased the stain it is a natural stain and the deck is currently dark coloured The front deck and back deck both need to be sanded, and stained

We recently removed non-structural walls in our 55sqm studio and need the floating floor in the main area repaired and reassembled (as shown in the images). The existing flooring is Hanwood Grace, and we have a few spare boxes available for the repairs, and can order more if needed. Scaffolding and ladder has been removed. Space is empty. Require asap.

Had hybrid flooring laid poorly 18 months ago. A section of the flooring has dropped in the hallway, 2 planks. These were laid over existing tiles and there is a 2-3mm low spot in those tiles in this section which I was told was okay. Would also like to caulk between the flooring and architraves to match the hybrid.

I need some carpet laid in one room only. Room size 3.8m x 3.2m. Room is square and will be empty. I have the underlay and the carpet. Carpet is a high pile, cut loop. You will need to supply timber boarder and glue to secure the timber to the floor. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 10 October 2023

35sqm of floor sanding. Have removed old carpet and the old underlay was glued, it has left contact adhesive on floors. Just want it sanded off nicely and we will Polish ourselves - Due date: Before Friday, 11 August 2023
