Looking for someone experienced with hybrid flooring installation to finish laying flooring in an upstairs commercial space in Botany. We already have all the flooring onsite and have started the installation, and have laid out the flooring pattern matching all tongue and grove but would like someone experienced to take over and complete it. What’s already done: * Existing flooring has been removed/prepared as pictured * Hybrid boards are onsite * Boards are reused, but we have already sorted them into: * Full-length boards * Short boards with tongue * Short boards with groove * a pattern has been established laying out and matching all tongue and groove and areas covered. *A section small section has already been laid and can be seen in the photos We need someone to continue laying the flooring across the remaining area, making appropriate cuts using the sorted shorter pieces where suitable to minimise waste. Floor has been fixed leveled and laid. Except for two bedrooms and skirting. And only one row left in living room. Pic attached. It’s about 2.5 meters long I think. Some skirting is done but not all. Rooms are roughly 3x3 Ones smaller than the other. The team doing it were great but can’t return to finish it till the end of the week and we need it finish asap. Can anyone come tomorrow? The boards and the skirting is all there . It should be all done in less than a day.

Someone has let me down for the opening of my new studio and I open on Sat and need someone to lay vinyl sheet flooring for me if possible. Room is 24square meters, Rooms size 2.8x7.42, has cupboards that can’t be moved so to work around. I will have the old carpet tiles ripped up and as you can see the floor is flat underneath. I'm renovating my kitchen and need a small section of flooring installed once the existing kitchen island is removed. Looking for an experienced flooring installer/handyman. Approx. 4m² area where a kitchen island currently sits — once removed, this strip needs new flooring to match the surrounding floor. The concrete slab may need some minor resurfacing once the kitchen island is removed. I've already purchased the matching flooring and underlay (same product as what's currently installed). We need an experienced timber finisher / carpenter / flooring professional to sand, stain and clear-seal approximately 6 metres of raw 12 x 12 mm clear-pine tri-quad scotia. This is finishing only — the scotia does not need to be cut, mitred or installed. The goal is to get the visible curved face of the scotia as close as reasonably possible to our existing light warm-oak engineered timber floor. We tried one test section using Feast Watson Prooftint at full strength and it came out far too dark, so we need someone experienced with staining pine to properly test and control the colour before proceeding with the full lengths. We currently have: * raw Porta 12 x 12 mm clear-pine tri-quad scotia — approx. 6 m total * Feast Watson Prooftint timber stain * Feast Watson Matt Clear Varnish * 220-grit sanding sponge * timber finishing brush We believe these are the main required materials, but please advise if a timber primer/conditioner, colour reducer, different stain shade, or other preparation product is needed to achieve an even light-oak result on pine. Please include any additional material cost in your offer or discuss it with us before purchasing. Sand and polish my floors. The kitchen and living room built in cabinets will be removed as part of kitchen reno. The floors must be done between the strip out and installation. This will happen in next 5 to 7 weeks, dated TBC. Floor layout requiring sand and polish is marked in brown in the attached image. Floors of the bedrooms are floating hardwood and are cracking, if possible cracking should be fixed. Bedrooms do not require sand and polish.
