I am looking install a Futurewood deck system at my home in Cheltenham. I’m happy to order the Futurewood frame system and decking boards and have everything delivered to site. What I need is someone experienced with decking who can: * come out first to take detailed measurements and confirm the dimensions, levels and required finished height so I can place the order with Futurewood; * return once the materials are delivered and install/build the deck; * prepare the ground and install the required supports, including using a post-hole digger/auger and pouring concrete pads/footings where required; and * make sure the finished deck is properly levelled to the required elevation. The deck is approximately 42 m² and irregular in shape but all straight edges. There is a slight change in elevation across the area: most of the deck will need to be built up approximately 80–100 mm, roughly the height of a standard brick, while the deck slopes down towards the end. Please include in your quote all labour and any materials/supplies required for installation other than the Futurewood aluminium system and the decking boards themselves. Located in Cheltenham

Remove the carpet on the floor and install hybrid flooring for 3 rooms. Approx 35 square meters including wardrobes. Can supply the timber or if you could supply the quality products(approx 39 square meters). Looking for quality SPC or hybrid flooring, 9mm-10mm thinkness, with 30 years or plus domestic warrenty products. Please share with me the product specification if you can supply the materials, prefer the website of the producer/brand. Currently is working on self painting of the rooms during the weekend, the installation date can be confirmed as soon as the painting is completed. Would like to get quotation first to plan on the budget of the replacement. Please quote the project total and the cost break down. We have approx 220sqm of vinyl flooring to be stuck down. We have bought the carpet tape and need someone to cut and stick the vinyl for both studios.

Want to install EVA flooring on a small boat task will suit someone that has experience with the EVA flooring or alternative someone who is familiar with installation of stickers.

Two skirting boards need to be installed (glued onto wall)

Install approx. 9m2 of floating floorboard. Finish with c-channel under 3 doors and use quad to finish along skirting. C-channel, quads and boards are provided, only install required. Board cutting skills required for door frames etc. These floorboards are discontinued so minimal wastage is a must. Need tools to complete, eg appropriate saw for cutting board and c channel, small nail gun for quads, appropriate tools to knock in the boards.

The task would ideally need to be done in the next few days or next week. I have put it as $5 because I’m not sure exactly how long it will take so prefer you to quote. I would like a quote for installing underlay (quiet floating and sound dampening moisture), or thick engineered oak wide floorboards (190mm wide) and trims on top of existing tiles in my hallway (photos attached). There are different colours of oak so it would need to be matched up to the one we have in the living room. It would be installed on top of the existing tiles. I have not purchased the underlay, floorboards or trim yet. Could you please give me a quote that would include coming to match the exact colour and size to the ones in my living room, meeting me at a store to pick up the materials (preferably in the SouthEast suburbs near Cheltenham/Moorabbin areas) and labour for installation. I could also meet you at the store to pay for the materials after that, but you would need a ute/truck/van if my car is not big enough for everything.

Less than 1 sqm floorboards that need sanding/staining and polishing to match the rest of the floor

Need hardwood polished floorboards sanded & polished after being patched by our builders, due to wall demolition as part of a renovation. The area is 678cm x 657cm. I would also like the new polish to be a lighter shade than current one.

Need the hallway and entrance sanded and polished, including removal of chipboard in a spot and the nails left in timber from vinyl. There is only 1 sqm of chipboard. The rest of hallway is under carpet that will be removed. Total size approx 7sqm
