Need qualified AC technician to repair my Mitsubishi Electric split system. It was working beautifully yesterday, when it was 40⁰, keeping my space at 22⁰. Today, however, it's just blowing air. I'm based in St.Kilda and the outdoor unit is on the roof (double storey).

I’d like a pendant light installed to look similar to the attached reference photo (minimalist “floating” pendant with the cable routed neatly along the ceiling/wall using hooks/clips). Key requirement: plug-in only. No hard wiring, no electrical work, no connection into ceiling wiring. Materials I already have all materials (pendant/cord/shade, hooks/clips, any cable guides/covers I’ve purchased). You will just need to bring your tools and a ladder. What I need done Assess the space and confirm the best layout to match the reference look. Install a secure ceiling attachment point for the pendant and any additional wall/ceiling hooks or cable guides as needed to create the clean, geometric cable run like the reference. Hang the pendant at the agreed height (ceiling is approx 5–6 metres). Route and secure the cord neatly to the nearest power point. Make sure everything is level, tensioned correctly, and safely secured (no sagging cable). Clean up after installation. Ceiling height and access Ceiling height approx 5–6m. I do not have a ladder tall enough. You will need to supply your own suitable access equipment (tall ladder or mobile scaffold) Important notes This job is just installation and mounting only. Licensed Electrician – Power Point Check & Install Looking for a licensed electrician to check and install power points at my home. I’ve marked up photos: • Red crosses = existing power points • Yellow crosses = proposed new power points • Blue ? = old/unused power point to be checked Issue: When plugging in a Haier heat pump dryer, the power point sparked (washing machine already plugged into the same outlet). Installing Christmas Lights - can someone help me hang these lights along the gutter or use a staple gun and tall ladder to staple them to the house panel of the house

Connect street signage. Signage will go on the awning face and will be installed tomorrow. Rough in for signage was done previously by another electrician on its own switch. Need a timer for the signage, cost effective option preferred. See attached images.
