Need to replace this bayonet light fitting as globes won’t stay in and keep falling out

We have a backlit brand sign, mounted on a board (similar to as seen on picture one). We need it secured to the slatwall in the shop. There is a standard electrical cable that will need to be run along the top of the slatwall, down the black column to the right, to a powerpoint. This should be as unobstrusive as possible. All wiring (seen in picture 3) should be hidden from view behind the sign. Will need brackets or similar. The transformer needs to be hidden also.

I want to install an outdoor 10A power point. The nearest existing power supply is about 7m away to connect the cable. The new installation needs to be covered with small pvc pipe to protect the cable. Existing outside power source as in the picture but it doesn’t work. Possible fuse burnt.
