Hi, we have a power point and tv antenna port that currently sits with in a desk which we need moved about 100cm to be clear of the desk and in the wall. There is room under the house if needed.

Need a new Power point installed in the garage - closer to the top ceiling. Existing Power point nearby. Along the same wall. Devices it will power include CCTV accessories The wall is plasterboard

Existing video intercom has been installed but wiring has issues (electrician tested and noted products work fine but there is a fault Wiring needs to be replaced using existing conduit (or replacement where this is needed).

It’s been acting up lately—it'll blow cold air for a bit when I first turn it on, but then it just switches to room temperature and starts cycling on and off. I actually had a small hole in the coil repaired back in June, so I’m worried it might be leaking refrigerant again. Whilst painting , I took the 4 gang switch out to paint around in the process 4 red wires popped out and now I dont know where they go. I put them back in where I though they could have come from but now different lights come on in different rooms some not at all ..
