Install 2 indoor security cameras. Install 1 laundry exhaust fan. Replace the existing outdoor light with a motion sensor floodlight/security camera. Install 2–4 additional LED downlights in the kitchen and hallway. Install few additional power points and potentially some switches Test all installed items and ensure they are working correctly. Notes: I will supply the lights, cameras, exhaust fan and other fixtures. Please provide labour cost only. There is a spare circuit available at the switchboard, but it has not yet been terminated or connected. The cooktop will require: Supply cable run/termination as required. Connection of the Bosch induction cooktop. Testing and commissioning. Electrical Safety Certificate (if required under Victorian regulations). The cooktop is brand new and on site.
