My property insurer requires a licensed electrician to do a THERMOSCAN of switchboards. There TWO adjacent and identical buildings in Potts Point that will need to be examined, and a separate report will need to be written for each building. I have the following switchboards: -- TWO main building switchboards, 1 for each building (see photo) -- TWO restaurant switchboards, 1 in each ground floor restaurant (see photo of switchboard that has the word "HOOD") -- TEN switchboards, 1 in each of the 5 residential units across the two buildings (all identical to the photo with "Hot Water, Hot Plates, Wall Oven") The two buildings are identical terrace buildings and are immediately next door to each other.

I need a deep clean of a Daikin reverse cycle split system with 2 indoor units that share one outdoor unit.

I have about 5 down lights that I need the connection checking on and bulbs replacing (provided) in addition I have a bathroom air vent motor that doesn’t turn off when the light turns off - either disconnect or fix. All easy access.
