The property is set up for an FTTN (Fibre to the Node) connection, which should run through the phone lines. However, I haven’t been able to locate any telephone wall sockets on site. I need somebody to come out to the property to investigate and, if needed, reinstall a socket so the internet connection can be restored?

1) Install 4 × Iris wall lights (fixtures + globes supplied). Mount, connect to existing lighting circuit/switching, test. 2) Replace 7 down lights. Remove DL1362/WH 13 W Samsung 5630 LED (hard wired) units and fit pluggable Arlec ALD295 tri-colour LED down lights. 3) Replace 2 single GPOs with double power points. One location has damaged plaster (see images). The down lights + light fixture & globes and wall outlets are supplied.

Electrian Needed for Newtown NSW We have a lightbox and boxhead sign. These light up. Currently the power is being used to power the automatic doors. Just need both the lightbox and boxhead sign (attached) to be connected to power - and put onto a timer. We also have automatic doors (can we check if we can adjust how far they open up) - if that is possible too. The same is quite wide and open when the doors are fully open, and would like the full open width to be slightly reduced. Two ceiling lights in the bathroom to be installed by a licensed electrician. There are currently two small LED lights but these need to be replaced with large Kabomba (ikea) bathroom lights. It should be quite a quick job. See pics

The exit and emergency lighting test switch seems yo be incorrectly wired. When simulating a break in the light circuit, the general lighting is switched off during testing via the test switch. The test switch requires general lighting to stay on whilst emergency luminaries are being discharged.

I need the wifi box moved out of the bedroom and centred in the hallway. It will most likely require a new power point and an extension somehow.

We have two downlights in a stairwell that need to be changed. I would do it mysel as it takes less than 5min, but you will need a ladder in a tight location. If you have that, it will be a super quick job
