Supply and install a wooden door sill and door threshold. There is currently no door sill. Ideally, it would cover the concrete section on the outside, and will replace the first length of floorboard on the inside, which is water damaged. Happy to heard other ideas. Approx 800 x 320. Notes from Phil's inspection - "Nenagh" 17 May 2022 Problem appears to be broken tongue and groove of various single floorboards. Suggested quick fix: Have handyman walk around and locate all broken boards; drive nail through carpet and floorboard so broken floorboards can be easily located when working in subfloor. Measure the gaps between the joists that the broken floorboards are fixed to. Pre-cut particle board to measured size. Put glue on top side of pre-cut particle board. Affix particle board to underside of broken floorboard (between joists). Add extra nogging * Affix with batten screws. *Noggin - or a nogging is a strut used to give rigidity to framework. - Due date: Flexible

We are after a carpenter who can build a deck for us on a slanted piece of ground so that it is level. We will be putting a 7m diameter bell tent on top of the deck once built so will need it to be wide enough for it to fit. We’re thinking 10m diameter.
