Reinstate kick plate to kitchen Joinery and cupboard realignment

I have a staircase going down from my middle floor to my bottom floor made with an iron/steel frame and wooden individual stair slats. The final stair slat has come loose from the iron/steel frame and needs to be fixed to avoid it breaking/snapping.

Looking for someone to custom build a desk for my study to house/hide the legs of my stand up desk (see photos for ideal style and some preliminary thoughts I had). Hi All, I'd like to get a custom built storage cupboard made with the dimensions 917wx350dx2400h. I am after white cupboard, and the interior storage arrangement as shown in the photo. See photos for door/handles/look we were after. We'd like to confirm the exact look before being built. We would also like a LED light strip installed and activated when opened. The cupboard is next to the front door and would be used to hang jackets, store shoes etc. The space itself is 917mm wide 309mm deep, so the cupboard will just out a bit but go right up to where a diagonal panel starts that covers a pipe running down the corner of the well (see photo - somewhat difficult to make out). We need to keep access to this corner. There is also a powerpoint that will sit behind the cabinet which will have to be cut around. If you have any questions please let me know. Thanks in advance. The cupboard is currently 170cm above floor. I need it to be 180cm so that I can fit a stacked washer dryer under it. In other words, I need cupboard's height to be reduced by 10cm by cutting bottom of it.

We want to build a facade for a Desky standing desk so it looks like an older style vintage desk. It should be quite a cool creative woodworking/carpentry job but whilst we have a vision for it we don’t have the skills or tools. We are seeking someone with good carpentry/woodworking/joinery/cabinetry/furniture making skills to come out, help us figure it out, then do the woodworking etc to make it happen. We will supply the materials once we’ve figured out together exactly what we need. Imagine it will probably take a visit to our place to plan it, and then maybe a half day or day to do the work. Might need to negotiate a final fee once we’ve figured out what we’re doing.

A piece of the timber needs to be put back to the cupboard. It probably requires planing and glue.

I would like to make some castle wall pieces to add to my kids’ toys. I have 7 pieces of 20cm black butt off cuts marked and ready to cut. We don’t have the tools at home to complete the cutting stage. I have included one image of what I am waiting for and one image of the marked wood.

We have had some custom joinery installed and need a skirting board and scotia fitted and installed between the edge of the joinery and the old skirting boards.
