As well as replacing the door, I need the lock of the original door changed over to the new door, and the lock plate moved to align with the positioning of the new door. Fix the broken sliding door

Balcony sliding door does not slide smoothly anymore. Needs lot of effort to open and close.

Our apartment bathroom has a sliding door which has fallen off the latch at the top. We've tried to "clip" it back in and have had no luck.

The double hung window is not working properly in my apartment bedroom. Both glasses/sashes are free to slide along the frame but the top one won’t stay top. The frame is aluminium. No damage to the glass or the frame. Probably needs re-cording or cord replacement.

Hi, I have had a leaky shower fixed, but am now left with a warped doorframe and vanity. I need these two things replaced to good as new with like for like parts. No change to plumbing or structure, but the vanity top will need to be reattached and then the combo will need to be siliconed to the wall. For the right person, there may be some additional handywork such as skirting boards and plastering in another room.
