Toilet door not closing proper, keep opening. We want to replace the door handle completely which comes with a lock on the inside.

1. Realign powder room sliding door so that it can slide and close smoothly. Currently, it cannot closed. 2. Realign garage door/locking mechanism. Door is not aligned and requires strong force to close. Lock mechanism also not aligned.

Need to replace internal door. Replacement door has already been purchased so you just need to transfer handle and hinges to new door and then hang into position.

External security gate not closing- latch is abit far off from the strike plate z may need alignment too.

Reprogramming electric garage doors with two doors and two openers. We have the remote controls, but since one was lost, we need to reset the system and reprogram all remotes using a new frequency. The openers are currently working, but we want to ensure the lost remote can no longer be used to open the doors.

Bathroom door is rubbing against the top and making it difficult to shut and open. I have already tried tightening the hinge. This will likely require filing the door from the top and side. Also door paint if side needs filing. Happy to organise an inspection.
