Door does not close might need to be filed or sanded from top of door

Have installed/repaired door jambs, need someone to silicone the joins, tap in the nails (with nail punch), putty the holes. Have 3 door jambs to finish to prepare for painting. A nail gun would be handy if they need a few extra nails.

Need a Garage Door Opener technician. Bought a 10yr old property however the garage door does not open with the 2x generic remotes provided. Replaced transmitter battery but no luck. Followed instructions to pair opener and transmitter but no luck.No led light transmission conflicts. When I press the transmitter buttons nothing happens. At this point I was thinking to buy new genuine remote but dont know of it will work or not or if the whole opener unit is dead.
