I need some blinds installed. This will involve drilling into masonry, installing the brackets and mounting the blinds. You need to know how to use a drill properly. I have the tools but if you prefer your own thats fine.

Also, you might need to supply your own screws (which I will reimburse you for) as hubs used the ones supplied with the blinds and they might not be the best quality.
