Replace one venetian blind with 2 smaller ricepaper blinds

Looking for an experienced handyman or blind repair specialist to repair 2 Venetian blinds in Kellyville. The blinds are not operating properly and need to be inspected and repaired. The slats appear to be intact, but the lifting/tilting mechanism or cords may need repair or replacement. Please bring the necessary tools and advise if any replacement parts are required.

The cords that make the blind tilt are frayed and need to be repaired. Photos indicate where the cord needs to be repaired near the top of the blind. The blind is 4m high x 3m wide.

Replace the cord on white timber Venetians. Happy for you to come to me or I can drop the blind to you if you're near lower north shore, city, inner west or east. The photo doesn't show the one that needs fixing but it's the same type.
