Need someone to render low balcony wall where repairs been made. Need to blend in with the old sand cement render. Measurements are 560mm high and total approx. 3 meters long. Easy access through garage to the balcony.

Repair and make good hole in ceiling, including paint. Completion photos must be supplied prior to payment.

Note, this job is for today and tomorrow. We are preparing the house for market. We have removed a wardrobe in a bedroom. Some plaster has come off - not a lot. There are holes to patch and paint. One quarter of that room needs painting. At the entry to the house there is some dampness and mould visible on the exterior wall at the entry. This needs to be made nice .
