Patch hole in gyprock and the. Paint the entire wall and trims

Professional tilers only. Please render and tile small sealed fireplace. (Width 34 cm, height 58cm, depth 12 cm). The gaps have been filled with fila foam. All Tiles and white grout supplied (we have 12x sheets of tiles). Please see image of herringbone pattern. We do have villaboard, however expect that will be easier to render given shape. The floorboards in the front will not be tiled, and will be sanded back and polished at a separate time. The gas valve will still be accessible and visible post tiling. Will need to be tiled around.

Need someone to Gyprock over two small rectangular vents to cover the hole

Paint bedroom. Small bedroom excluding ceiling. Paint balcony ceiling. External coat is to touch up until major repairs can occur. I will provide paint. Furniture will be moved to centre of room.

Need someone to render low balcony wall where repairs been made. Need to blend in with the old sand cement render. Measurements are 560mm high and total approx. 3 meters long. Easy access through garage to the balcony.

Note, this job is for today and tomorrow. We are preparing the house for market. We have removed a wardrobe in a bedroom. Some plaster has come off - not a lot. There are holes to patch and paint. One quarter of that room needs painting. At the entry to the house there is some dampness and mould visible on the exterior wall at the entry. This needs to be made nice . There are a few other spots in the house that need attention. Cracks and discolouration, etc. Ideally you can do siliconing too. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 6 February 2024
