When the electrician was creating a gap for the electrical box, he took out too much brick. Our painter couldn't fill it as the gap was too big for him, so need a renderer to come in and fill it. See photo attached.

We have a indoor sauna that needs the glass door hung/installed with the brackets. We’ve tried to hang it ourselves and can’t quite get the alignment correct so that it fits properly in the doorframe. Photo attached. It’s similar to hanging a glass door in the shower to a fixed glass panel.

There is a built in wardrobe in the house that I want to get removed. I want to make sure the roof cornices are still in place once it is removed as well.
