We recently have had new timber awnings put on the exterior of our house. Which need painting today or tomorrow. We have all the paint and painting equipment and ladders. The awnings required two coats of paint. I believe this is a 4 hour job. The cost showed here is for 4hours of work at $75 an hour. Can you please respond with your availability today and tomorrow to complete the work. Images are attached. Thank you for your time.

I have a small area behind an outdoor sink on a balcony that needs to be cement rendered it is approximately 1 metre x 1/2 metre. all the rest of the balcony was done but this was missed because of the sink being connected.

Remove power point and make safe for wardrobe installation.

My Bosch oven is displaying Error code011. The manual says this is because a button was pushed in too long.(It was). It can be fixed by switching the oven off at the power so that the oven resets. I am not strong enough to pull the oven out by myself and need someone to do that for me so that I can reset the oven as suggested. It would be great if the job could be done on Monday afternoon. I can provide a parking permit for street parking.

Retractable baby gate needs to be rebolted onto gyprock wall

It’s only one power point (left) out of the two that’s not working. The rocker switch for that one has been a bit dodgy/floppy (no click when switching from on/off) since we moved in, but it worked fine. Until now. Photo of the switch we need is attached, although we are happy to purchase this ourselves online unless you already have one. Note: there is a light switch in the middle that is in use so it needs this switch

I currently have a built in wardrobe. The interior needs to be removed ( it is currently bookshelves, a desk and drawers). I would then like an IKEA or Bunnings ready-made shelving unit to go into the carcass. Shelves need to be 40-50 cm wide. Would suit a joiner, carpenter, someone familiar with built in wardrobes and assembling ikea/ Bunnings flat pack things.

Tidy up some patched holes in plasterboard walls and repaint to match existing wall finishes. Probably 10-15 patches in total. Should be about 2 hours work. Will supply the paint to match existing walls. See photos or patches that have been completed

I have a ceiling that has dropped slightly and needs to be re attached. They did not apply enough glue when they fitted the Gyprock and it has sagged. Work is to cut patches, insert glue, screws and patch for painting.

Carport ceiling needs 2 corners repaired and also a hairline crack patched. Repaint ceiling 6x6m (Was damaged when roof was replaced) - First 3 pictures. Main bedroom wall needs old plug holes patched, holes from current TV bracket patched and repair walls where cupboard removed the paint. Need to repaint this section of walls. Wall is 4m wide. I will supply paint, job is for labor and all required supplies (ex paint)

Looking to get someone to gyprock a small wall (2400 x 1800). It needs to be packed in around 65mm with batons to match the existing wall. After gyprocking I need it set and sanded.
