i need 3d renders of a shop ive taken for lease. I need someone with a good visual eye to complete this space inside and out with their own vision using my brand identity and inspo from pinterest. Basically whatever you produce i will give to the trades to bring to life. things that are staying: 1. the tiles outside 2. the front windows 3. the flooring 4. the bathroom whats changing: 1. downlights being installed 2. the partition wall i have attached the architectural drawings so you can design accordingly and i will also link you to my Pinterest board and send through my brand identity.

removing rubbish that was dismantled old built in wardrobe.

Remove desk and put up gyprock walls to create new room. Remove carpet and install new carpet squares to office space approx 90m2.

Install 4 x power points in kitchen which need to be chased in brick wall

Repair the torn drywall. Prime and paint.

Install gyprock cornice approximately 5m long when exhaust hood is removed

Paint gyprock around skylight - white paint, small area (equipment not supplied).

Brick render 12.5m long by 3 brick high and 2 brick wide small retaining wall.. There are 2 cracks that would need to be filled prior to render. The wall has just been pressure washed and cleaned. Ideally include materials to do the job

Gyprock of 2 narrow walls. The space was once a fireplace. Exposed brick. Need it gyprocked/finished.

We Need a 10cm gouge in gyprock where it was scraped moving furniture patched up, and the patch repainted. We have the paint. As soon as possible.

Remove frame from both sides of the doorway and make clean smooth edge with no framing. Flooring will be removed eventually so fine to cut into vinyl flooring if needed. Wall tiles in kitchen will also be removed eventually.

Main front wall and high column rendered wall to be painted. I’ve done all other areas but don’t have a high ladder so will need a painter with a tall ladder. I will supply paint, trays, rollers, brushes, drop sheets, etc. don’t need the wood work painted only the areas indicated on pics with 2 coats to match other areas painted.
