Want to change 4 light fittings in kitchen with new lights which we have purchased. Also want to move a power point from wall into cupboard

Brick up 2 holes in external walls and render over the top. Holes are left from removing a heater and hot water unit. Roughly 38 bricks needed for hole 1 (supplied), and approximately 50 bricks needed for hole 2 (not supplied). Cutting of some bricks to size is likely to be required.

Looking for an experienced renderer to apply a top coat to a 5m long single storey wall. The wall is sound, recoating to match other parts of the house. The area is at ground level and easily accessible. Looking to use Rockcote Coarse with oxide. Both will be supplied.

I have a 6m secondhand, motorised, retractable awning that I need fitted to the side of our home over the deck. The awning comes with specialised brackets that allow attachment to the roof. I'm looking for an experienced awning installer who can assess the structural components of the walls/roof to ensure the awning is safely mounted. Advice about placement of the electrical socket to power the unit is also required. If you are a qualified electrician, then even better. Ideally you will also have experience in the maintenance of motorised awnings and can advise me about the unit. Given the size of the unit I assume you will require a team of one or two extra workers to assist you.

Install TV and powerpoint

Oil / Paint external stairs and balustrade. Photos provided are approx 1yr old. The stairs have been washed and sanded recently with 1 coat of oil already applied. Final coat to be applied still.

Fix up holes in wall / replaster

Add two new powerpoints. one in each small room

1. Remove wardrobe and dispose of waste and plaster wall after removal (including fixing the cornices 2. Remove plaster on four walls, add insulation (we have one almost full bag, may need more) and replaster 3. Replace architraves around 1 internal door and 2 sliding doors (these are in the wall that will be replastered) to match existing 4. Plaster two vent/holes in ceiling

Rendering needed for repair of power box

The roller release pin has come out (or broken).

Sanding of verandah deck (approx 55 sqm in total) in preparation for oiling but the oiling is not required, only the sanding. Own tools required.Verandah wraps around 3 sides of home.

Pressure wash, repatch holes and repaint render mailbox

There has been damage to render at the back of our garage. Hoping to have it patched
