I have a 6m secondhand, motorised, retractable awning that I need fitted to the side of our home over the deck. The awning comes with specialised brackets that allow attachment to the roof. I'm looking for an experienced awning installer who can assess the structural components of the walls/roof to ensure the awning is safely mounted. Advice about placement of the electrical socket to power the unit is also required. If you are a qualified electrician, then even better. Ideally you will also have experience in the maintenance of motorised awnings and can advise me about the unit. Given the size of the unit I assume you will require a team of one or two extra workers to assist you.

Install TV and powerpoint

Oil / Paint external stairs and balustrade. Photos provided are approx 1yr old. The stairs have been washed and sanded recently with 1 coat of oil already applied. Final coat to be applied still.

Rendering needed for repair of power box

The roller release pin has come out (or broken).

Sanding of verandah deck (approx 55 sqm in total) in preparation for oiling but the oiling is not required, only the sanding. Own tools required.Verandah wraps around 3 sides of home.

Pressure wash, repatch holes and repaint render mailbox

There has been damage to render at the back of our garage. Hoping to have it patched

We need a ceiling hole plastered (patch and sanding - no painting).

We have remove internal wall of walk in robe and need ceiling plastered and need one internal door moved and another internal door boarded up/plastered. Ceiling plastering 2550 x 150 1600 x 150 Doors = Standard 2040 x 820 Can reuse existing door frame and door supplied.

We’ve purchased an IKEA kitchen and are ready for installation. The job will involve cutting the wooden benchtop to size (Bunnings is just a 5-minute drive from our home). The old kitchen has already been demolished, and the new kitchen has arrived in flatpacks, ready to be installed. We’re located in Eltham and would like to discuss the project briefly before providing you with the keys. We’ll be away from Saturday to Tuesday and are looking for someone experienced with high ratings who can complete the job between 12 and 15 October while we’re away. The kitchen is fully ordered to size and currently in boxes. We have a new gas cooktop, but we’ll be reusing the existing oven and dishwasher. The benchtops are IKEA wooden slabs that will need cutting, which can be done at Bunnings nearby.

To reattach plasterboard cut out back into the wall. Measurements are 57cm x 48cm. And also repaint the plaster work section.

Need to hang 8 hooks into studs through plaster ceiling for me to hang some floating sound absorbtion panels from. I have all the hooks and pre - drill bits for them, just don’t want to risk missing the studs through the roof, or hitting a wire so would prefer to get it done. Probably take someone 20 minutes to do. Real easy, quick job.

We had wire balustrades removed and replaced with glass. We need holes filled and sanded, balcony facade sanded, and all timber repainted. We will need you to source and supply paint as per the details provided in the photo.

We need 4 x ceiling holes plastered (patch and sanding - no painting). 3 x holes are due to fan installation - see photos. 1 x hole is due to water damage from a leaking shower tap from the floor above.
