Mount a 3 x2.5 m motorised awning to the wall of a granny flat above the slide door. The awning has been mostly assembled but needs some assembly. Mounting will be onto a metal framed clad wall. Willing to pay for additional material if reinforcement is advised. Willing to pay extra if power for the motor can be connected directly to the mains instead of plugged in.

Hole in kitchen, approximately 30cm long and 20cm wide (the actual hole is smaller but the part requiring rendering to be flush with the call is approx that size). I believe it needs to be rendered. Location Dulwich Hill. Ideally completed by the end of October, flexible with work time.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in this job. I am looking to have 3 existing recesses within plasterboard walls altered to suit dimensions as set below. SCOPE OF WORKS: - Provide protection to the existing timber flooring before starting the job and keep removing the waste as/when it accommodates. - Ensure sufficient dust prevention is used to avoid dust spreading to other areas of the house. For each recess (x3): 1. Remove existing cabinets and shelving from the recesses. 2. Store removed cabinets and shelves in the garage or dispose and remove from the site 3. Each opening to have a finished width of 1340mm. Ceiling height to remain unchanged. 4. Demolish existing skirting board, gyprock sheeting and timber framing to enlarge the recess 5. Supply and install new timber framing as per AS1684 to the widened recess. Assume no new beams/or posts required - if after demolition it is apparent new beams/post required this can be treated as an extra. 6. Supply and install gyprock sheeting /glue/ angles/plaster - set and sanded and ready for paint. 7. Infill any gaps in the timber floor with matching timber flooring, sanded and finished to match existing. 8. Install new timber skirting boards to match existing. 9. If you can provide painting that would be good, if not, I will find a painter to finish the job. - Remove floor protection, and dispose of surplus material and carry on final clean The reason for the works is that I wish to place 3 different cabinets (already made) into each of the recesses. The new cabinets will sit loose in the space which is why all plasterboard needs to be set, sanded and finished and painted. I put my foot through the Gyprock next to the manhole. Needs to be repaired and set ready for painting.

We have had cabinets and hooks removed from walls and need the damaged areas plastered ready for the painter.

Two power points in a workshop area under my house have stopped working following replacement of decking

I need to move two PowerPoints to new locations as built in wardrobes being installed. If it is too hard to move the existing ones can be left and new ones can be installed. Both in skirting board. Ideally want low profile PowerPoints that don’t stick out too far from the wall.

It’s a semi detached brick house. Some cracks and damage have appeared on walls No painting required.

Looking for experienced help installing / putting up a shade sail for our driveway similiar to the attached photo. Second photo provided of driveway - where we would like the sun shade installed.

Some sheeting has come loose of the awning timber and needs to be refastened. The whole structure will be replaced within a year so looking for a quick fix.
