Set and sand plaster ceiling patches

In order to facilitate the movement of electrical and allow clearance for pipes,I have to add strapping and new plasterboard to a couple of walls in my kitchen and dining room. Pictures below. I need the strapping installed new plasterboard and new cornice. Please send me a quote.

I have two holes that I need patched up in my home

Hello, Looking for an experienced plaster to complete a small job in our entrance. It appears to be water damage however builders have inspected the area and advised that there is no leak or current moisture so could be from a while ago. Small building (business operating from it) in the backyard of residential block - single storey construction, received water damage back in February. I need help with lifting 11 sheet of gyprock to 2nd floor without elevator. That job is pain in the ass, staircase is pretty narrow and gyprock is 2.7 x 1.2m.
