Hello, We have a small basement office that measures 1.8m x 3.5m. The back wall and roof is concrete slab and looks a little rough so we’d like to have them looking a little more finished with plasterboard sheet ceiling and wall instead. The left and right wall are fine so will leave them as is. We also want to hide the vertical pipe in the back left corner with a plasterboard bulkhead. No need to do any painting as we will do this ourselves later. Room will be empty when the project starts. Location is Matraville

A few places around the house there are screws that need to be removed and filled with filler. At an estimate maybe 15 holes, A few spots where dried filler needs to be sanded. One screw needs to be replaced replaced on a curtain where it has come loose.
