The awning is stuck open. The controls do not have any effect on the awning. There is no manual handle.

The ropes to our awnings, on the second floor are crap and have been worn away in the weather - and are now too high for me to easily replace. Also one awning has now come unspooled at the top after the rope broke. So replace ropes with not crap ropes and respool the awning. Thanks

Some possums fought on top of the bedroom awning and managed to get some tiles loose and dropping them. The possums are now hiding inside. Tiles are available for replacement, just need someone to do the work.
