I need a renderer to re-render the exposed front edge of a first-floor balcony slab. The job: - One continuous band along the slab edge, approx 15 lineal metres × 200 mm high — roughly 3 m². - The run wraps around the side return, so there are external corners to bead. - Tiles are already off. The face is mixed concrete slab edge and brickwork, with broken-out pockets to patch and build out before the finish coat. No reinforcement exposed. - Surrounding walls are bagged and painted brick, so this need not be dead flat — a brushed, bagged or sponge-float finish to blend with the existing bagwork. - Cut in neatly around the balustrade posts passing through the slab edge. Critical — the membrane and where the render finishes The floor is waterproofed and screeded the week before you start, and the membrane turns down over the top of the slab edge you are rendering. - Carry the render UP over that membrane turn-down so it is fully covered. Do not stop short and leave membrane exposed. - Finish on the chalk line I will mark, approx 20 mm above the screed — that is finished floor tile level. - Do not carry render across the top of the slab onto the deck. Tiles are not laid yet, so you have a clear edge. They go in after you, butting under the render with a sealant joint. Materials Either way suits me — just say which your price covers: - Bring your own and quote supply and install, or - Tell me the render, bonding agent, mesh, beads and patching mortar you want, and I will have it on site. Scaffold is erected and in place. You bring your own tools, mixer, buckets, drop sheets and PPE. Access First-floor, off scaffold, above a covered patio with roof and two retractable awnings — everything below must be drop-sheeted. Timing From Wed 30 September 2026. Re-tile an upstairs veranda at Glenhaven. The old tiles and mortar bed are already removed back to the concrete slab — it's ready for you to start. The veranda is fully under roof so it gets very little water, but it sits above a lined ceiling, so I want it membraned properly while the slab is open. Area: approx 23.6 m² — a main section 6.85 m × 3.0 m plus a return 3.76 m × 0.82 m. There is no floor waste; the deck falls off the open edge. Scope of work: Patch and repair spalled concrete around the slab edges, prepare and prime the substrate. Sand/cement screed to falls — minimum 1:100 to the open edge, no ponding. Keep total build-up to approx 20 to 40mm. Waterproof to AS 4654.2: bond breaker at all junctions, membrane over the full deck, upturns 100 mm above the finished tile level at all walls, membrane dressed into the 2 x door reveals, and a reinforced membrane collar and sealant fillet at each balustrade post — the posts are fixed through the slab. Clean down and take all rubbish away. I supply: tiles and grout. You supply and price: membrane system, primer, bond breaker, screed materials, adhesive, levelling clips, silicone. Patch few opened Gyprock areas to fix some plumbing issue

I have a wardrobe that needs new framework to be built and installed into it. Measurements of the cavity are 240cm height x 130cm width x 52 cm depth. I want to make it more functional and a better use of space. Would need a hanging rack, a few shelves and drawers. I’m open to different configurations. Pic 1 shows the outside of the wardrobe and the inside is currently a single hanging rack and a single shelf, see pic 2. Please note there could be 2 more wardrobes if I’m happy with the work.
