Painter wanted to paint over plastering, and advice needed on what colour to match up the rest of the space as unsure what paint was previously used.

Hoping I could get someone to finish a dodgy plastering job. Need 2 coats over a bench seat and another one over a patched window.

I am renovating a unit. I have villaboard and plasterboard sheets that need to be carried up 8 flights of stairs in a unit block. Sheets are 2.4m x 1.2m. - 30 x sheets of Gyprock, - 10 x sheets of Villaboard - 70 sticks of timber.

Patch holes approx 10cm x 6cm each and sand to smooth finish to match surrounding wall.

Plastering external-use gyprock in an undercover patio area. Previously had asbestos walls which I’ve removed and need to replaster those sections of the walls. Dimensions: There’s one part of a wall that is 2m39cm long and 58cm tall, both sides of that wall to plaster, so effectively double that wall. Then the other wall has a window in the middle. Part below window is 2m15cm wide and 58cm tall. Part left of window is 37.2cm wide and 1m 25 cm tall. Part right of window is 29.6cm wide and 1m 25 cm tall. Part above window is a triangle: 2m 15cm wide, and 35 cm tall. Plus there’s some missing architraves around the walls If you can do painting too, can you include an optional pricing for that? Separately there’s also a single wood rot damaged balustrade’s newel post needing replacement- could you please also quote that?

Requiring installation of outdoor power point (in undercroft area). Power point will be able to be piggy backed.

Plastering of walls in photos 1xroom (1800x2350x2500mmH) and 1 x wall (2350x250mmH). Need to also add cornices in bathroom and skirting and cornice in bedroom. Not sure how much this would cost so have put a guess. Our budget includes labor and materials to be provided by tasker.

Repair and paint ceiling hole with plasterboard

Need help installing a retractable awning to the roof of house. Ideally someone who has experience installing brackets or similar onto roofs. I have already purchased the awning and have found appropriate brackets to complete the job, but I need an experienced builder or handyman to install the bracket onto to the roof. We can help lifting awning onto the bracket once they are in place. I've attached photos of similar installs
