Had to put in a new basement roof due to a big bathroom leak above. Everything dried out now. New sheets and first layer of plaster/tape is up. Final layer of plastering on that part of the ceiling + square setting the whole room needed. I will remove the cornice shown in the photos. Room is 11x3m for square setting the wall/ceiling. Ceiling patch that needs final layer of plastering seen in photos is 3x3m

15-20cm hole in wall that needs repairs

A leak from the bathroom above which has been fixed has left our basement ceiling damp so the damp patches (that you can push your finger through) need patching with new pieces of gyprock before we paint over it.

Recently moved a wall at my house. The roof has an area that needs patching up. Area roughly 2300mm x 600mm plus a couple little holes under 50mm where a light was moved. Also if possible mounting plaster cornice roughly 2 runs of 2.8m. Not sure of the actual cost, so let me know your best price

I am renovating a unit. I have villaboard and plasterboard sheets that need to be carried up 8 flights of stairs in a unit block. Sheets are 2.4m x 1.2m. - 30 x sheets of Gyprock, - 10 x sheets of Villaboard - 70 sticks of timber.
