Find professional local plasterers in Bowen Hills

Adhesive removal has lifted the paint from a small section of an internal painted plasterboard wall. I’m looking for someone to remove any loose paint, prepare and repair the surface, sand it smooth, prime as required, and repaint to colour-match the existing wall. The finished repair needs to be neat and blend in with the surrounding paint, as this is a rental property with an upcoming inspection. Please include all materials and labour in your quote. Availability: The work must be completed before 16 October, preferably in the morning or around lunchtime. Reposting to explain the job better than I previously did

I need to replace a section of my ceiling at home, transitioning from a standard ceiling to easily removable panels. The area in question is approximately 1.35 meters wide and 2.2 meters long, located in the corridor entrance. Above the ceiling, there are various utilities, including electrical cables, air conditioning pipes, and other infrastructure. The new design should allow for easy access to these components while maintaining a clean and functional appearance.

Happy to negotiate a price, wasn’t sure what this job should cost etc. We had two holes in our wall. We’ve attempted to patch them up but it is definitely not perfect and need the holes re-done fixed asap as we’re moving. Most likely will have to remove the mesh that we put there/mess we made and just start from scratch unfortunately. Not sure if there’s any hope trying to fix what we’ve done, we probably made it worse honestly. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 29 July 2023
