We have ceilings installed but there is not a strong enough section to support a ceiling fan. So in order for it to work we need to cut out a 500 x 500 aprox in the centre of the ceiling and hang a supporting timber to be able to fix the ceiling fan to. Hope the above makes sense! It’s currently hanging ceiling from CSR. In brief - cut out (4) squares from plaster board. Install hanging timber to support ceiling fan and then reinstall plasterboard and plaster ready for painting and ceiling fan install!! Ask any questions

I have one concrete window ledge that requires preparation and plastering. Old tiles were recently removed from window ledge and has left crumbling concrete and cracks that need fixing. Window ledge is 245cm long. Will require primer and plastering with trim angle. The one ledge only, and crack in wall needs work. Thanks : )
