Repairs completed on our aircon system required a significant part of the walk-in wardrobe ceiling to be removed for access (pictures attached). We're seeking guidance and quotes on the best approach to repair/replace the ceiling (approx 2.5m x 1.5m) and allow maintenance access going forward. There's also several gyprock ceiling and wall repairs required after the installation of TV's and the removal of downlight enclosures, so we’d need a quote for that work as well. The work should include both plastering and painting. You must be a professional installer with experience. I have 4 pieces of Velvet fabric (supplied by me) to install onto plaster walls in a horizontal way. Minor prep and cleaning of walls and then install. You will need to provide the correct adhesive for the velvet.

I will remove all power points and the hole needs to be made slightly smaller so I can install new GPOs There are approximately 15 to be done

Replace plasterboard due to damage

Just took some decals off one wall and need it plastered and patched ready for painting. Also took 4 hooks off another wall and need holes patched as well, ready for painting.

There are some scratches, dents and holes on the walls. Also need the ceiling to be rid of the sticky tape. All needs to be painted over. Needs to look brand new. Need to have a qualified Tradesman attend this job.

Picture hanging 3 framed prints and about 10-15 plaster pictures

I need 6 ceiling holes patched and plastered from where the electrician had to cut access holes for wiring. The plasterboard pieces are here already. Ceiling will need to be painted afterwards, natural white. There is also a small amount of plastering required in the laundry where shelving was taken out.

Bathroom ceiling need to be plastered, has board up already need to finish off with edging tape and wet area base coat. Size of the bathroom is 3.4x1.75, location apartment in Newstead next to gasworks plaza

Fixing 3 shelves, 2 hooks, 2 whiteboards and a mirror on plaster walls. I marked the number of screws on the pictures. The works need to be done either in there morning before 9AM or in the evening after 5PM. It should be done by a licensed or qualified builder. I also would need advice which screws and dowls to buy. I estimate app. 3 hrs.

Have recently renovated the kitchen and now need a couple of cornices to be square set, and a few holes to be patched up on two walls. Pretty simple and easy job and shouldn’t take too much time
