You will need to supply a plaster patch kit and finishing materials Hang 5 picture frames Various locations around the house We are unsure if studs are present, so experience locating studs and using appropriate wall fixings is required 4. Wall repair – ex-air conditioning cavity Patch and fill an existing cavity left from the removal of a boxed air-conditioning unit Must be properly filled, sealed, and waterproofed 5. Install 7 smoke alarms Smoke alarms are already purchased We know the exact locations for installation What You’ll Need Own tools (drill, chisels, stud finder, etc.) Experience with carpentry, plastering, and general handyman work Ability to complete neat, professional finishes Additional Info All materials for fixtures (locks, smoke alarms, picture frames) are supplied unless noted above Pictures attached. 5 areas / walls to repair that have various size holes - photos show all damage. Most are tennis ball size, and a bit larger, however one is aprox. 30cm diameter. There are some dints - so they may need to be cut out if unable to be filled. Must have own supplies (new / clean gyprock, glue, setting compound / filler etc, trowels, sanders etc. Must be painted afterwards with however many coats to hide repair, I will supply matching wall paint. Looking for experienced person that will be able to do an excellent job so damage is unseen. Please do not offer if you are new or inexperienced. Thank so much!

Removal of shelves and cupboards, tidy up plastering and recarpet the floor where the cupboards have been removed. Re plastering as required and repainting (paint will be supplied).

Oops! Smashed a hole in the wall accidentally. Need it fixed this week.

Additional power points needed. There is a power board behind tv and we need one more power board near floor under tv. Same power board as in picture.

Plaster 2 x walls in bathrooms. Tiles and sheet was removed to change plumbing. Area will need to be waterproofed however not necessarily to code as entire wall will be covered with micro-cement which is a water proof product. Can discuss further. I can arrange waterproofing separately. The house also needs skirtings replaced at a later date - if you are able to complete this task too please note this when responding to this task. Thank you!

Various small plastering work needed at renovation project. Some fill between cornice and ceiling in different rooms. Some peeled paint due to old water damage. Cover of old AC vents x 4. Cover old access points cut into ceiling in bathroom x 2. Numerous screw and picture hook holes in wall to be covered. We can finish job I.e sanding once plaster is dry. So should only be a 1 day job… but happy to chat further about what is required.

Fit out summary: move a wall, build a small wall, replace all office doors (3) and also use spring hinge for 2 way swing. Details below. - [ ] Remove and dispose of front wall to office. - [ ] Build a new wall in line with the existing office wall, approx. 2.8m long x 3.1m high. - [ ] Line both sides of frame with plasterboard. - [ ] Set and sand joints where required. - [ ] Supply and install a 2040 x 920mm hollow core door. - [ ] Supply and install double action spring hinges so door can open both ways. - [ ] Supply and install timber frame to extend existing wall by 200mm long to ceiling height. - [ ] Build a 1m x 1.2m high wall at right angle to extended wall next to kitchen. - [ ] Line both sides with plasterboard lining. - [ ] Set and joints where required. - [ ] Supply and install door reveals, architraves, skirting etc. as required. - [ ] Remove and replace 2 existing office doors with 2 new 2040 x 920mm Hollow core doors and double action spring hinges - [ ] Remove existing timber stops to door reveals so door can swing both ways. - [ ] Painting: - [ ] Undercoat and apply 2 coats of Dulux wash n wear low sheen paint to walls to affected areas. - [ ] Paint existing ceiling to front office, reception and kitchen area with white ceiling paint. - [ ] Paint 3 doors, reveals, architraves, skirting & trims as required, with 2 coats of semi-gloss oil-based paint. - [ ] All colours to match existing as close as possible.

We recently had a leaking pipe fixed in the garage leaving a hole in the plasterboard of the garage which needs to be fixed. In addition to this, our towel rails in the bathroom are loose and need to be tightened to the wall. - Due date: Before Sunday, 28 January 2024

I have all the equipment just need the man power for someone who knows how to paint. Would be required to paint every day for 3 days.
