Render build-up specification Painter/renderer to supply all materials. Step 1 — Preparation • Install angle beads to all edges • Seal and prepare blueboard for acrylic render • Ensure surface is clean and dust free Step 2 — Base coat render Apply 2 coats of acrylic render suitable for blueboard exterior systems. Approved systems: Dulux Acratex Rockcote Unitex or equivalent professional system Finish must be: • straight • square edges • monolithic block appearance Step 3 — Texture coat Apply fine texture coat (very important). Texture style: • Fine mineral / sand texture • Similar to modern rendered homes • NOT rough or heavy texture • NOT smooth plaster finish • Subtle light texture that catches sunlight Goal: “Architectural concrete / stone” look. Step 4 — Colour coat / sealing Apply exterior acrylic coating tinted to approved colour. Finish: • Matte / low sheen only • No gloss or satin finishes 🧭 Design intent The letterbox must look like a solid rendered concrete plinth emerging from the landscape, not like a painted box.

Repair steps and verandah area as pictures and re-paint whole verandah and steps with a Dulux (Acratex AcraSand) paint or similar. Approx 10sqm total. Preparing house for sale. Work required to be done in late March / early April. Thanks

I have a large hole in the wall and need it fixed, flushed and painted over ASAP

I’m looking for an experienced handyman or plasterer to repair a few small areas of wall damage in my apartment in Adelaide. The damage includes: 2–3 small patches where paint and plasterboard paper have peeled off Job will require: Sealing exposed plasterboard paper Filling and sanding smooth Priming Painting to match existing white wall I’d like the repair to be invisible once finished. You will need to supply your own materials and tools. Please only respond if you have experience with gyprock/plasterboard repairs and can achieve a professional finish. I got a hole my drywall that needs to be fixed. I've tried doing it myself using spakfilla but I haven't been able to do it properly. I already have the matching paint that I can do. It is around 10x4 inches

Breakers and everything fine. One PowerPoint needs fixing. Connector is loose. Adjacent PowerPoint all work.

Two fence posts are leaning. I don't think they can be repaired. I think we need to remove them and replace them.
