The rendered facade of my home was damaged during a camera install. It has been touched up, but not to an acceptable standard. I'm looking for surface repair. I have the paint on hand.

We look to have our existing brick fence (8m approx) to extend the height to another 200-300mm & render the outside. Got quoted $2,500 a few months ago but then our tradie moved interstate. Photo of actual current wall & AI generated design attached. Need to have the job done asap. Thanks.

I need some finishing up work done on my alfresco area which was altered. Rendering and painting of a pillar with blueboard. Also finishing and painting of part of the ceiling. The down pipe shown is not glued and easily removed and put back upon completion. There is also some touch up work (unsure if best treatment) of a part of my exposed house slab which is showing some poor workmanship where the house splits. Happy to pay well (within reason) for the right person. Needs to be handy with render work for a nice confident finish. I already have paint for the finishing part. We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We have lengths of thin night sky metal to trim left/right and top. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. I’ve got grey tube of builders concrete. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info. Nothing is required on the interior. Sides and underneath marble bar required to be completed as part of task as well as any rendering left/top/right Thank you!

We are looking for someone to cut open existing gyprock, finish and flush door opening and hang two sliding doors

Patch approx 130x100mm hole in 10mm thick plasterboard wall. Flush and paint. We have the paint to match.

I recently moved into a Metricon Display home. It is lacking in some power points in areas we would like: - Ensuite toilet room - Second toilet room - Buttlers pantry - Spare room (including ethernet port as this will be the study) - Possibly main hallway Optional but not part of this quote: - One outdoor point in patio

There are two double power points that need to be about 10cm higher on the wall. One also needs to be moved a few cms horizontally. I don't believe additional wiring is required; existing wiring will be shortened. Two blank plates required to cover existing holes.

Repair of holes in gyprock walls

Needing to touch up gaps of render since we’ve had a verandah renovation. Needing Dulux acrylic render to match the current texture (see pics - want some texture of the brick to still come through). Our previous renderer isn’t available for 6 weeks but we are wanting the job completed asap so are seeing if anyone is able to help out. Isn’t a massive job as the walls are just those pictured out the back of our place plus around 2 small outdoor lights where the fixing plate attaches to the wall. Only wanting people with experience please as we’d like the texture to match as close as possible. Thanks so much!

Hi, I’m looking for a handyman/tradie to help with a couple of jobs at my house in North Adelaide. Potential for ongoing work as we’re planning further upgrades. 1. Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)
