I need a toilet seat hinge replaced. I have tried removing the old hinge blocks, but now am stuck. One hinge has been removed normally, but the other metal hinge block is stuck on the mounting post because the small grub/set screw has seized and the Allen/hex socket has stripped. I've attempted to drill out the grub screw, but the (metal) hinge block is still stuck. I think it will likely need to be cut off, but I am open to any ideas. Once removed, I need the replacement toilet seat hinge fitted and the seat reinstalled. I have the required replacement hinge/parts.
