I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area. Maybe able to find more parking on main road.
