Toilet seat cover need to get fixed. It may be tightening the screws or replacing the whole seat cover.

The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm. It’s in a hard to get spot too. Hopefully photos can help. You can park in loading zone on the same strip else minimal car parking available around the area. Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Also need an old soap holder removed from wall in shower. It’s rusted so could be tricky. Need to buy new fixture at Bunnings that fits exactly and need it to be installed. Again can accompany you to Bunnings to purchase new fixture or if you can work out exact dimensions I can purchase before.
