You need to supply and fit a standard white toilet seat (the porcelain bowl is fine). ​Tiling: A few floor tiles right at the base of the shower screen are cracked and lifting. They need to be carefully removed, the area prepped, and new tiles laid and grouted. (You will need to supply a close match for standard grey floor tiles and the grout/adhesive). ​Bathroom 2: ​Toilet: Similar issue, you need to supply and fit a second standard white toilet seat. ​Shower: The external control knob/handle on the shower panel has fallen off/broken, leaving the spindle exposed. You need to supply and fit a universal replacement knob so it functions properly. ​I need a high-quality, reliable professional who can get this sorted by Monday or Tuesday. Our toilet seat has come off (not really sure why/how) needing someone to come and reattach it. You will need to supply all tools and if any additional fixings are required. The task can be done today (Sunday) or Monday.

The bidet toilet seat was installed last night but it is slightly askew and needs to be corrected. Also the pipes are leaking and will need to be tightened or adjusted.

I bought a smart bidet toilet seat and my old housemate put it in. We kept the old one and I’ve moved out and want to take it with me and have the old toilet seat put back in. It’s just a matter of turning the two handles underneath to get the seat off and will need a wrench to remove the double adapter from the tap and reattach the pipe from the cistern to the tap and then putting the old one back on with the two handles underneath. Should only take 5 mins. Preferably anytime from now to 1pm as cleaners are coming at 1. Price negotiable

Need a handy-man or plumber to fit an estilo soft close toilet seat. The toilet seat dimensions definitely fit the size of the toilet, but when trying to fit this myself it seemed that either the screws were too short or the expansion nut was also not effective. I would advise bringing different screws or larger nut expansion pieces if you have them. It might be fine though
